What to do on arrival:

Please call our team of chauffeurs when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the airport and your chauffeur will then be dispatched to meet you at your terminal. It is important to let us know if you are running late or early so that we can ensure that we’re there to meet you. The chauffeur who meets you will have photo card identification and the details of your booking. He or she will check your car for any existing damage and mark it on our process form. They will then re-confirm with you the details you have provided about your return to check that they’re correct. You will then sign the process form and you will be handed a slip containing the confirmation that we have collected your car, along with our contact details and then chauffeurs would assist you with your luggage in order to make your journey a bit more comfortable.

• Terminal 1 - (Sat Nav Postcode: TW6 1AP) Once you exit the long tunnel follow signs for terminal 1 passenger pick up(short stay car park) then drive to the entry barrier, take a ticket and proceed to Zone -D at ground level where you will be met by our staff.
• Terminal 2 - N/A
• Terminal 3 - (Sat Nav Postcode: TW6 3QG) Once you exit the long tunnel follow signs for terminal 3 passenger pick up(short stay car park) then drive to the entry barrier, take a ticket and proceed to Zone -A at level 3 where you will be met by our staff.
• Terminal 4 - (Sat Nav Postcode: TW6 3XA) Follow signs for terminal 4 departures, drive up the ramp staying in the left-lane and park your vehicle in lane –A where you will be met by our staff.
• Terminal 5 - (Sat Nav Postcode: TW6 2GA) Drive towards the passenger pickup and departure point, as you go up the ramp keep right and follow the sign for Passenger Pick up Short stay Car Park then follow the sign Level 4. Drive to the Barrier, take a ticket and then proceed to Zone -S, where you will be met by our staff.
• There is no additional Charge to the customer for entering the Car park.

Meeting Points

• Terminal 1 - (UK & Ireland arrivals take the lift to ground level). From arrivals exit the terminal next to costa coffee, Cross the first 2 lanes  and turn left up the walk way, Turn right at the pay machine and follow valet parking signs, Cross the lane and take the lift or stairs to ground level in the car park, Your car will be delivered to you behind valet parking kiosk in row D
• Terminal 2 - N/A
• Terminal 3 - From arrivals follow  the sign for Short stay Car Park 3, Take the lift to level 1 turn left and walk across the bridge, take the lift to level 3 and your car will be delivered to you in row A/B.
• Terminal 4 - From arrivals exit the terminal next to WH Smith, Cross the first 4 lanes, turn left pass the pay machine and turn right, your car will be delivered to you in fare lane.
• Terminal 5 - Leave via the Orange Exit. When outside the building take the lift to level 4 'Short Stay Car Park' Your car will be delivered to you near row S
• There is no additional Charge to the customer for entering the Car park.

Arrival and Departure procedures for Park and Ride

What to do on arrival:

On arrival please follow the signs for check in and reception area. Please take your belongings out of your car and go to our reception to check in and handover your keys and we will give you your vehicle return voucher. Mileage and petrol checks will be completed on your vehicle before it is moved to the main compound. A courtesy bus will then take you and your passengers to the terminals.

Directions to our car park:

From M 25

• From the M25 take the exit
• At junction 13, take the A30 exit to London (W)/Hounslow/Staines
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Staines Bypass/A30 heading to London (W)/Hounslow/Staines (About 2 mins)
• Continue straight to stay on Staines Bypass/A30 (Continue to follow A30 about 5 mins)
• At Clock house Roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Hounslow/Staines
• Go pass 1  traffic light and your Destination will be on the left (About 40 yards on your left )
• TW14 8NP

From M 4

• From the M4 take the exit
• At junction 4B, exit toward M3/M23/Gatwick Airport/Heathrow Airport
• Merge onto M25
• At junction 14, take the A3113 exit to Heathrow Airport
• At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Airport Way/A3113
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Southern Perimeter Rd
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Beacon Rd
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Stanwell Rd
• Turn left onto Great South-West Rd/A30
• And your Destination will be on the left
• TW14 8NP

From M 3

• From the M3 take the exit
• At junction 2, exit onto M25 toward M4/M1/Heathrow Airport
• At junction 13, take the A30 exit to London (W)/Hounslow/Staines
• At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Staines By-Pass/A30
• At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto London Rd/A30
• Continue to follow A30
• Go pass 1 traffic light and your Destination will be on the left (About 40 yards on your left )

What to do on return:

Full details of the returns procedure will be given on arrival at the car park. On return, when you have cleared customs call the number in your confirmation giving your name and booking reference number. Instructions will be given informing you of the bus stop number and its location so you can return to the car
