Perfect service from Perfect Parking.

On arrival at Heathrow terminal 1, the companies driver was there to collect my car. He explained everything I needed to know in a cheerful and professional manor. I was then free to walk into the terminal to get my flight, easy and stress free.

Later I had a problem, Lufthansa went on strike and my flight home had to be rearranged with KLM, that was fine except I was returning to Terminal 4. One simple email to Perfect Parking and on my return to Heathrow the car was returned to me on time at Terminal 4. No problems no hassle. For me Perfect Parking every time, competitive service with a smile.

We were early getting to the airport, tel'd ahead to let them know. Had to wait for a driver to collect the car. Not the firms fault. Returning, the flight was late. Had to wait for an available driver to return car. Approx 20-25 mins. Sat and had a coffee. Communications were good and we were called to say the driver was 5 mins away. Also given the option of pick in the short stay or outside the terminal, opted for short stay as cold outside. The driver arrived on time. Staff very polite.

I've always had good service. However, the information on the return card given to me did not fully match what I was told on the phone on my return. The card says level 4 of the short stay car park in Terminal 5 but actually was told to go to level 5 instead on my return. Though not major, I think the information should be consistent as much as possible. Overall good service.

Worst service ever! I think the title “Meet & Greet” is a joke. We called as directed on the confirmation 20 minutes prior to arriving at the airport and no one answered! Throughly relaxing way to depart and arrive from the airport. The staff were great I rang the number 20mins from T5 and received mobile call to check our ETA and tell us where and which bay he was waiting to receive our car. On return I rang from the car park and the vehicle was returned promptly and in perfect condition. The car park ticket was authorised and we drove out very happy. slight delay on the arrival of my car when I got back. I waited until I had my baggage which meant that I had to wait at the pick-up point for around 15 minutes. Otherwise it all went very well and will use the service again.

Incredibly easy to book and all worked perfectly. The only very minor complaint is that the car had been parked under a tree and was covered in tree sap. I will definitely use this service again as it made everything extremely straightforward.
